Day 1 Frankfurt

Arrive at Frankfurt Airport.
Guided city tour of downtown Frankfurt and time to explore Germany’s “business-capital” (time permitting).
Late afternoon “Welcome” cocktail and meeting with your tour director.
Overnight stay in Frankfurt.

Day 2 Frankfurt – Nuremberg

Leave Frankfurt for Wuerzburg. Take time to admire the breathtaking baroque Residence with the famous Grand Staircase and the unique fresco decorating the ceiling.
Continue to Nuremberg. Your tour director will take you on a walk along the fortification dating back to 15C. See why Nuremberg was the ideological capital of Hitler’s “Reich”. You will also see Soldiers Field and the building where the war crime trials were held after WW II.
Overnight stay in Nuremberg.

Day 3 Nuremberg – Munich

A leisurely drive to the picturesque little town of Rothenburg which is completely surrounded by a medieval fortification. Great place for shopping.
The afternoon is dedicated to the Romantic Road. Pass through farm country, endless forests and dozens of historic villages. Here you feel like you’ve stepped back in time.
Travel via Augsburg to Munich, the capital of Bavaria.
Time to explore the city on your own in the evening or join your tour director on an optional Bavaria Tour excursion to the world’s most famous beer hall “Hofbrauehaus”.
Overnight stay in Munich.

Day 4 Munich

A local expert takes you on a city tour in the morning. At noon watch the famous Glockenspiel at Marienplatz.
The afternoon is at leisure or let your tour director take you on an optional tour to the famous passion play village of Oberammergau and Linderhof Castle, the smallest and most charming of all the castles, the bavarian King Ludwig II ever build.
Overnight stay in Munich.

Day 5 Munich – Heidelberg

Leave Munich in the morning and enjoy a ride along the massive wall of the Bavarian Alpine Mountains to Ludwig II fairy tale castle. Take in the breathtaking view from the castle. Once inside you will understand how a Bavarian King made his dream come true. In the afternoon leave the mountains and head north to Heidelberg.
Overnight stay in Heidelberg.

Day 6 Heidelberg – Frankfurt

Visit of the famous castle overlooking the city and the river Neckar.
There will be time to stroll through the cobblestone lanes of old Heidelberg, the seat of germany’s oldest university which dates back to 1386.
Travel back to Frankfurt in the late afternoon.
Overnight stay in Frankfurt.

Day 7

Airport transfers for your homebound flights.
